Shipping
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 10 AM ET usually ship the same day. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days depending on your location; weekend orders go out Monday.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $35 to the continental US ship free.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship anywhere in the US, including APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska (Hawaii and Alaska don't qualify for free shipping). We don't currently ship internationally.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Reach out through our contact page and we’ll start a trace with the carrier right away.
Payment
Do you charge sales tax?
No — we're based in New Hampshire, which has no sales tax.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards and PayPal, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never store your card details.
What will show on my statement?
Charges appear as “AWESOMEDRINKS” or “BITSTREAMTV” (our parent company).
Orders & returns
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available, and you can track your order using the details in your confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking information as soon as the shipping label is created.
How do I return something?
Most items can be returned within 30 days — see our Return Policy for the details.
