Bitters, syrups, and other consumables

You have 30 days to contact us about returning or requesting a refund on consumable products that are defective or simply don’t meet your preferences. We carefully select products we stand behind, but taste preferences vary. If a product isn’t suitable for you, reach out and we’ll discuss options.

Please do not return open bottles of consumable products without contacting us first so we can give you follow-on instructions.

Glassware, barware, and other products

You have 30 days from receipt to evaluate whether products meet your needs. If they don’t, you qualify for a full refund:

• No restocking fees — refunds are 100% for returned items (note: expedited shipping costs such as overnight or 2-Day are not refunded).
• Refunds go directly back to your credit card as cash, not store credit.
• Processing is quick — typically within a day or two of arrival.
• No need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization; simply include your order number or contact information.

Return tips

• Reuse the original shipping box if possible.
• Include your invoice (from the box or email) to expedite processing.
• Pack glassware carefully to prevent damage.
