American craft tiki
The original Dynasty Head Hunter ceramic mugs were produced in the mid-20th century and the molds have degraded significantly over time. This clear glass version is hand blown from a reproduction of the vintage Orchids of Hawaii R-1 design by Andrew Iannazzi Studio in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It is a smaller, cleaner interpretation of the original — made by hand in the US and built to hold a serious tiki drink.

"The only reason I purchased this mug is because I couldn't get two of the Warrior Face Tiki mugs. The Head Hunter Tiki mug has an odd shape which makes it hard to handle. It is also too narrow at the bottom of the mug for an ice cube to get all the way to the bottom by itself."

FAQ
Hand washing is strongly recommended for hand-blown glass. The craftsmanship warrants the extra care.
Most tiki mugs are ceramic. This one is hand-blown clear glass with lava red detail, made in the US from a vintage mold reproduction. It is a collectible-quality piece as much as it is a functional drinking vessel.
20 oz capacity. Large enough for a full tiki build over crushed ice with room for garnish.
